Reception


The Reception desk is open 24 hours a day and the staff is ready to assist you during your stay, with useful advice about restaurants or interesting places to visit in the centre of Turin. We wish to advise our esteemed customers that the current legislation requires submitting a valid ID, even for each minor and personal protective equipment (masks).

Breakfast


The room rate includes a buffet breakfast, which is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Amadeus Room on the ground floor, in compliance with current anti-Covid regulations.

It is not allowed to remove food or drinks from the breakfast room or consume the same outside it.

Internet


Free high-speed wireless line is provided in all rooms and common areas, as well as a free Wi-Fi point equipped with printer, open to all our guests.


Payment


We accept all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners), but payment by cheque is not included.

Tourist accomodation taxt


This tax, calculated per person over 12 years old, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, is in force from April 2, 2012. The fee amounts to EUR 2,80 and it is not included in the total tariff.

The accounting management of this tax is strictly bound to the name of the Guest. It will be charged and analytically annotated on the tax document (Tax-Receipt or Invoice) to each person and connected to each overnight stay.

In case of management linked to an organized group, it cannot be subdivided for each participant, but collected by a coordinator and paid in a single solution.

The Reception will not be able to make any variation because of the restrictions set in the computer system.
Therefore, variations, transfers, subdivisions or other may not be managed.

Management and issue of tax documents


Please, when checking-in, inform the Reception about any possible request for issuing an invoice, by giving the heading and all the fiscal details concerning it.

After the check-in, it is no longer possible to make any change.
The tax-receipt registered to the Guest and including the total charges is issued on departure.

A specific fiscal document is issued for each room and it is not possible to issue an all-inclusive fiscal document.

Check in & check out


The check-in is possible from 3 PM and the check-out not later than 11 AM.

Domestic Animals


Your pets are welcome and the supplement per night per pet is EUR 10. They are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Early departure


If you communicate your early departure on the day before the new check-out date, no penalty is charged; after this deadline, the total amount previously established is charged for services supplied, although not enjoyed.



Cancellation


In case of short-term cancellation
(within ten days of the check-in), you can cancel the reservation without any penalty, if you cancel it two days before the scheduled check-in date (not later than 3.00 PM); after this deadline, the amount of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided, under guarantee of the reservation.

In case of long-term cancellation
(more than ten days), you can cancel your reservation without any penalty, if you cancel it five days before the scheduled check-in date (not later than 3.00 PM); after this deadline, the amount of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided, under guarantee of the reservation.

We send you the concerning tax-receipt / invoice by email. Please, keep these papers.

Parking


Possibility of an internal guarded parking at the following rates per night per car:
free for bicycles
€ 5.00 for motorcycles
€ 20.00 for vehicles.

The internal parking may be available only by reservation.

The parking lot of the facility has a limited room for maneuver, as it is an eighteenth-century courtyard. Therefore it is not possible to get the car before the next day, as any vehicles arriving later, could prevent the movement.

If the parking spot is available, and you want to use the car the same day, you are asked to park the car in a unguarded paid public area until the evening when you return to the hotel for the night.

For night-time departures, early mornings or to use the car during the middle of your stay, you are kindly requested to inform the reception at least one day before the day you intend to use the car.

Please note that in order to use the hotel parking lot, it is mandatory to leave the keys of the vehicle at the reception, so that the staff can move it, if necessary. The parking lot is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 1 p.m. on the day of departure.

Any vans or large SUVs can be parked in the parking lot of our facility, with prior agreement and understanding of the size of the vehicle.

Exemption form: in order to speed up the operation, you are kindly requested to download the form from the appropriate link and deliver it to the reception by mail, already filled in all its parts before arriving at the hotel. Otherwise, the reception will not be able to provide any information about the vehicle to the local transport company. You can download the form directly from our website in the Contacts section. A copy of a valid identity document of the declarant must be attached to the form.
